All ages (16 years and over) and abilities are catered for. Come and meet the team who maintain the latest equipment and are trained to give you personal programmes and dietary advice.An array of modern cardio and resistance machines will keep you busy in a light and airy environment. A relaxation area with complementary coffee and tea and the daily papers offers an ideal space for chating and winding down after your work-out. The Swimming Pool and SpaOur members (16 years and over ) are invited to relax in the luxurious surroundings of our spa. Our magnificent swimming pool measures 38 x 16 feet. Slip into the warm water for exercise and relaxation. For adults, we have swimming times restricted to over 16 year olds, which are clearly displayed.Retreat to the relaxation areas where heated loungers sooth the muscles, the steam room and sauna revitalize, and the spa bath regenerates. Mood lighting creates a themed atmosphere, creating a world away from the world outside! Our spacious changing areas provide power showers, mirrored vanity tables and hair dryers.
